RETURN ELIGIBILITY

RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED. ITEMS ON SALE.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- GO TO RETURNS CENTER AND SUBMIT YOUR RETURN REQUEST.
- ONCE YOUR RETURN REQUEST IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN LABEL AND INSTRUCTIONS.
- SECURELY PACK THE ITEM AND USE THE PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS TO FIND THE NEAREST DROP-OFF POINTS.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
